Wedding favours date back as far as the 16th century, when brides and grooms gave gifts to wedding guests as a gesture of gratitude for sharing in the beginning of their new life together.
This tradition has continued and has now become part of the modern day wedding where favours have now become a traditional item for the table and a lovely personalised gift for the bride and groom to give to family and friends as a token of appreciation.
The favours I offer are produced using a rich shortbread pastry base which is then individually decorated using a variety of icings and designs. They come in a wide range of shapes, styles and designs, they are presented in a clear bag and finished with ribbon and bow in a choice of colours to match your scheme.
Favours can also be personalised with your guests names to make unusual and edible place cards.
I also offer a wide range of marzipan animals which can also be packaged.
